Paintings must be dry, including acrylic overcoat. All entries must be framed or matted, including youth entries, and have sturdy wire. For youth entries, parents may assist youth with framing and or matting. Please mount your matted items on foam core or card board. No poster board please. No Hooks please. Wire hanger must be attached securely to frame or hanging will not be displayed. No sawtooth or string hangers please. No tape allowed. The Tri-County Fair is not responsible for lost or broken items.
